About us

We’re a UK-based clothing brand for theme park nerds and pop culture lovers who know that nostalgia is best served embroidered. Think clean, modern fits with a touch of thoosie energy.

Because not everything needs to be a 200ft drop. Some of the best moments are the little ones: the queue music, the smell of fake fog, a well-timed air-conditioned gift shop. It’s about the joy in the details. That's why our clothing and accessories are understated, designed to sublty show your passion day-to-day and in the parks. We'll leave the loud, vibrant merch to the gift shops.

Our products

Like your favourite ride: just right (but check our sizing guide to make sure you’re not stuck in the station). Most items are unisex and true to size—if you’re between sizes, we suggest going up for a comfier fit.

Most of our products are made just for you. It helps us reduce waste and makes your item feel a bit more personal.

Returns

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise not up to scratch, we’ve got you covered.

Just email us at guestservices@minorthrills.co.uk within 30 days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item in question

Once we’ve received your information, we’ll review it and provide a resolution — usually with a replacement or a full refund. Refunds will be subject to inspection of the returned item.

Unfortunately, due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items due to change of mind. Once an order is placed, it is custom made specifically for you, and as such, it cannot be resold to another customer. Please use our size guide to help you choose the best size!

Shipping

Most of our items are made to order, which means we don’t keep piles of stock lying around. Instead, your order heads into production as soon as you click “buy.” This means it usually takes 4–5 working days before your order is delivered, and we'll keep you posted every step of the way—no smoke signals required.

Yep! As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. You won’t need to sit by the door refreshing your inbox...but if you do, we totally understand.

We’ll always aim to keep you updated if something’s taking longer than usual. Feel free to contact us if you're worried—no need to panic, we’ll help track things down faster than a lost FastPass.

We source all our products from the UK. Consequently, some of our products are made by different fulfilment partners, so they may ship from different places.

We currently only ship our products to the United Kingdom but we're working on expanding our shipping locations soon!
